Pasteurized crab meat is a process where food is heated to a specific temperature for a set time, then rapidly cooled to limit microbial growth while preserving its flavor and color. This method requires skilled workers and large-scale facilities. To make a 453g can of Sterilized Crab Meat, around 2.5kg of live crabs are needed, with only the tender leg meat selected. HUVY offers Red and Green Crab varieties in three sizes, and the product can be stored in the freezer for 1 to 2 months after opening.
