Dried Squid is made by cleaning fresh squid, separating the body and head, and sun-drying to preserve its natural flavors and sea aroma. The squid is then packaged and stored at -18°C to maintain its quality. With 291 calories, 60.1g of protein, and essential minerals per 100g, dried squid is both nutritious and flavorful. For the best quality, it should have a pale pink back, white belly, and a non-sticky texture. Thin or thick dried squid is available, with the thick, hanging-dried variety being superior in taste and price.
