Cabbage is a temperate vegetable grown in northern, central, and Central Highlands provinces of Vietnam during the winter-spring season. It thrives in cold temperatures (1-10°C) for 15-30 days. Rich in Vitamin C (44%) and Vitamin K (72%), cabbage also contains Vitamin B6 and B9 (folate). Widely used in Vietnamese cuisine, cabbage is not only a versatile ingredient in many dishes but also provides numerous health benefits due to its high nutritional value.
