Green Crabs Ca Mau are born offshore and, carried by the tides, migrate to brackish waters like river branches, canals, and ponds where they burrow. In Ca Mau, they are primarily caught by bottom fishing, traps, nets, or digging. The peak crab season is from July to August during their mating period, with the crabs being especially delicious from February, full of roe and tender meat. Green crabs Ca Mau are prized for their nutritional value, being rich in protein, minerals, and vitamins, while low in fat. These crabs are not only popular domestically but also exported to countries like China, Thailand, and Singapore.
